The first Earth Day was on April 22, 1970, when over 20 million Americans celebrated the earth, nature and peace. It became one of the largest civic gatherings in the world’s history. The momentum of the movement stuck.
Every year on April 22, people across the globe celebrate Earth Day by planting trees, conserving, enjoying the outdoors, shopping smarter and pledging to make environmentally friendly changes to their everyday lives.
As in 2020, this year’s celebrations will look different from those of past years. However, the same passion and merriment of Earth Days past will ignite the 2021 festivities. For the second year in a row, Earth Day will be digital, making the globally shared event more accessible than ever before.
To celebrate Earth Day, Endurance Lights will be running a BIG sale starting April 21th (April 20th for our VIP members: YOU) and Sunday April 25th on all our sustainable Endurance Lights products. We will keep you updated!
