How long does it take to receive my order?
You can find an accurate delivery time at checkout. When shipped, delivery should take no longer than 2-5 business days through UPS.
Who should install my lights?
Endurance Lights requires NO wiring. Press ON/OFF button and mount your light to a wall or pole!
Does my light last all night?
Our lights stay on throughout the whole night with AUTO mode. You 5 Lighting modes are available.

Where can I put up my lights?
Anywhere you would like!
Charging should be performed at a temperature between 14°F and 113°F (-10°C and 45°C).
What about light pollution?!
Endurance Lights are DARK SKY friendly. Fully shielded & can be installed pointed downwards.
Is not brighter than necessary (Auto mode: full brightness when motion detected). Only lights up the area that needs it.

- Orders outside USA: If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities, so Endurance Lights isn't involved in this process.
- Change your mind? Contact our live chat support or email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to mail it back to us with in 14 days of your orders delivery date in the original packaging undamaged for a refund. - For items received after a cancellation has been submitted we request that you ship them back to us before recieving a refund.
- For items never arrived contact our live chat or email support and you will receive a full refund if indicated on the tracking details.
- Once shipped back a refund will be granted upon inspecting, testing equiptment and verifying the product has its original packaging and accessories.
- If items are recieved back without their original packaging and or not in original condition you will be responsible for paying to have it shipped back.
Full refunds are normally provided only to the original payment method used when items received, inspected for damage and confirmed that they are in their original package. All customers must contact our customer support department before sending returns back and provide us with tracking information in order for us to properly process your return.
- Paypal: after a refund has been approved, you will receive your funds within 1 business day.
- Debit- or creditcard: A majority of financial institutions including banks and credit card companies will take on average 3-5 business days to process refunds, however it could take longer. Please be patient and allow at least 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect your refund on your statement before contacting us.
