Where Do You Ship From?
Our products are shipped from third-party fulfillment warehouse TRG Fulfillment in Los Angeles California. You can always e-mail us at email@example.com if you would like to inquire an estimate restock date when we are sold out. All of our products come with a 1 year warranty.

What If It Arrives Damaged or Missing?
If your package arrives damaged please contact us immediately at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged package and pictures of the damaged items. All damage reported beyond 14-day window does not get covered.
- If no shipping insurance has been purchased, customer is liable for return shipping fees and will be sent a free replacement after claim has completed with FedEx or UPS
- You will be sent a free return label and immediate replacement if you have shipping insurance.
