Where Do You Ship From?

Our products are shipped from TRG Fulfillment in Los Angeles California. If our warehouse in California is out of stock, we put your order in back-order and let you know (check your spam!). You can always e-mail us at if you would like to inquire an estimate delivery time when your order has been put on backorder. All of our products come with a 1 year warranty.

#EL5590 and #.... - Will be shipped out between Jan 1 - Jan 10 (longer processing time due to NY break)

Delivery generally takes between 2-5 business days through FedEx ground. Please read the message below regarding FedEx deliveries:

Message regarding COVID-19 Delays

To our valued customers, Our current climate has presented an unparalleled and untested time in history. The COVID pandemic has created an increased reliance on online shopping, as consumers are understandably turning to safer ways to shop. This in turn, has put tremendous stress on our shipping partners, Fedex and UPS.

Please note the following changes to the above mentioned courier systems:

1. Our couriers are severely short on trucks to pick up packages.

2. Once at their facility, they are also back logged on entering these packages into their system. This has resulted in tracking numbers that have been generated, but is not yet showing a pick up status in the courier tracking system

3. These couriers are limiting the amount of packages that can be picked up due the lack of vehicles available These challenges are industry wide and do not affect just us, but all online retail at the moment. Y

In addition to courier issues, COVID has also presented some special challenges for getting our inventory to our warehouse, as the shipping ports and trucking industries nationwide have experienced cut backs in staffing, which has presented additional delays. And finally, as many of you know, our warehouse is located in Los Angeles. Although we are considered an essential business, the state has added some new operational restrictions, which will add further to delays in processing times. To alleviate this, we are working 12 hour shifts, 6 days a week At Endurance Lights, we strive to offer you the best service we possibly can. We are hoping that by being transparent and proactive, we can help shape the expectations for what the rest of this year will bring. We will undoubtedly be dealing with a lot of late shipments and deliveries, but we thank you in advance for your understanding, and above all, hope you stay safe out there.
